Obama is obviously using the race card because he has a lot to gain and nothing to lose.

Think about it, black people want racism to exist because they can use it as an excuse for everything, and because blacks are the biggest beneficiaries if racism exists.

How exactly would white people benefit from racism?

... just imagine if there was a White History Month. I believe that Black History Month just causes more segregation and racism. it should be changed into American History Month.

Blacks tend to be more racist because they can get away with it easier. They like to preach their 200 year old slave propaganda to take advantage of people.

And remember it was Obama's church and racist pastor for over 20 years who claimed "God DAMN America!!!".

Are you automatically racist if you disagree with a black person??

HA!! There is no answer cause it is what you said STUPID!!!!!!!!! The truth is Americia never really like accepting "other" people, but forget ......everyone in Americia is "other people" in some way shape or form. Not many can say their family are Native American so everyone else has had family someplace else.
Different places have different values and beliefs. So what we value and believe today may not be what our families once thought........Thank GOD!!!
We have come along way but we are slow.......and it will take time.....one day I hope we will lean to be more accepting of others and less judgemental.

Whoaaaa there Texas Teacher, if you read my comments after the article, you will see that the school board also catches my ire. I went to my school board meetings since my parents were on the board and I know that even though the school board makes the rulings, its also the teachers that are involved in determining the dress code.

Whoaaaa there Nelly,

Don't blame the administrators and faculty! They don't have any say on dress code. Dress code policy is set by the school board... you know the folks the people of the community VOTED to govern the school!

Mm very much agreed. The district must be running out of ideas to resort to something that will, most definitely, backfire.

Anyone who questions the blatant sexism of selective service is suffering from a mental illness of some sort. As long as women enjoy the right to vote, own property, and hold positions of authority then they should be required to serve their country just as men currently are. The IRS should be ashamed of itself for what it's done to this poor man. They should give him his job back and pay him for time loss and court fees, and etc.

I consider myself a male feminist, not a men's right activist. I tend to identify with Warren Farrell, who is a feminist but has issues with today's version of feminism. You should really read his book, the Myth of Male Power. It doesn't say that feminism is wrong, but points out the problems that men face as a result.

"I feel that men are becoming the new lower class in America. Men are looked down upon in most spheres of society, just watch a family show with a father and mother and tell me which one is an idiot?"
I cannot say that I agree with you. The world is still largely run by rich white males. While television does indeed portray men
as dumb this belies the fact the media is male controlled.
Unlike women you control your own image, so if you don't
like it change it.

"Boys are considered stupid in school and routinely put on Ritalin or other mind medications because schools no longer are responsive to their needs."

On this you have my complete agreement. I don't however
feel that this is the fault of feminism. I think it has everything
to do with the system of exchange we live in. Children are
not valued and so while we speak about education, we do
not invest real dollars into it. The class sizes are so large
that teachers do not want to deal with a naturally excited
child they would rather drug him and that is wrong. You
are very right to point out the ADD/ADHD thing as a male
phenomenon. They are being "diagnosed" in much higher
numbers than girls.

"The most egregious violation of our rights are our parental rights. We have no parental rights, just parental responsibilities. The child is not the males when it comes to most major decisions unless money is involved, then the man is just supposed to pay up and shut up."

It was my understanding that the pendulum had swung, and
that more men were being given a chance to parent equally.
If that is not the case, I would agree that it is wrong. A child
benefits from having a father in his life. It is simply unfair
to deny equal access to both parents. A woman may have
a uterus and a womb, but that does not necessarily make
her a good mother.

"Another right we don’t have is to our own body. Women fought successfully in order to get Roe v. Wade, yet men have not won the fight in order to be free of the draft and selective service. If a major war breaks out, I won’t have the right to say its my body and I choose not to fight."

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT point. I agree no one should be
forced to fight any war. It is simply wrong and that burden
should not fall solely to males.

While I agree with alot of what you have to say there are
still a few things that I found to be problematic. Thank you
for the exchange though. This is the first pleasant exchange
I have had with a mens rights activist online.
